1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Herochall mobile application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Herochall regarding your use of our services.

2. Service Description

Herochall is a gamified personal development mobile application that offers:

• Personalized challenges based on your goals
• A progression and rewards system
• An AI coach to guide you
• Progress tracking tools
• A community of users with similar goals

3. Eligibility and User Account

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Herochall. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from your parents or legal guardians.

3.2 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Behavior

You may use Herochall for your personal development and participate positively in the community.

4.2 Prohibited Behaviors

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use bots or automated scripts
• Share your account with other people
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application's content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Subscription

Herochall offers a premium subscription with advanced features. Prices and conditions are clearly displayed in the Application.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Renewal is automatic unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partially used periods

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or your App Store/Google Play settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Herochall and all its content (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are the property of Herochall or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

By posting content on Herochall, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display this content as part of our services.

You remain the owner of your content and are responsible for its legality and compliance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Herochall is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Application will always be available or uninterrupted
• The Application will be free of errors or viruses
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Application in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately, but provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or through the Application. Your continued use after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
